What a written pest quote should include
A pest-control quote is not a single number. University of Missouri Extension says a written program should name the pests, how far the problem goes, the active ingredients, possible adverse effects, how and when pesticides will be applied, what you must remove, and when you can go back in. It should also include proof of licensing, the payment terms, and what any guarantee covers.
The US EPA says it is wise to get several estimates, and that most companies will provide a free estimate. Cost is not the only reason to pick a company. This site does not publish a typical fee, because none of those pages states one national price.
In Western Australia, HealthyWA says a quote should include the technician's contact details, address, licence details, ABN and the terms where possible. In South Australia, SA Health says to compare several quotes and to ask for a written inspection report and treatment plan.
